Because our clients are asking for it, we decided to offer Yoga here at Synergy. Class sizes are small and meet the needs of beginners to advanced, including chair yoga!
There is truly no reason to not stretch your body, gain strength and feel better.
According to the American Osteopathic Association, “The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body.
The relaxation techniques incorporated in yoga can lessen chronic pain, such as lower back pain, arthritis, headaches and carpal tunnel syndrome. Yoga can also lower blood pressure and reduce insomnia.
